SIMPLE DINNER

SPRING STEAK, MINTED MIDS & BALSAMIC BUDDIES

Ribeye steak for me..but rump though not as tender is pretty tasty! Half & boil some new potato mids.
Toss halved plum tomatoes, button mushrooms & roughly chopped red onions in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt & cracked black pepper, roast on the top shelf of a hot oven about 10 minutes.
Cook your steak as you like it....leave to rest 7-10 minutes.....drain your spuds add a knob of b***er & a couple of tablespoons of mint sauce.....grab a glass of wine...slurp & arrange your steak, spuds & veggies
unwind & enjoy!
